We are unable to verify that this is a bug. Please let me know what the version of your *server-side* software is (not the Windows client). I would recommend upgrading to 3.10.02 STABLE if you haven't already. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I have reported it as a bug ( http://bugs.kayako.com/index.php?cmd=view&id=53 ) and have setup a testversion for you to logon (access info available on mailrequest). I'm using 3.10.02 STABLE. |

And the version of the *server-side* software that you're using is...? We were unable to duplicate this issue on our own servers, but we did confirm that it is a problem with your particular configuration. What is the value of "codepage" in \locale\en-us.php? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry, just saw that you were using 3.10.02. I'd still like to know the value of "codepage" though. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, that's it. Would you do me a favor and try changing the "charset" value to 'UTF-8' and let me know if that changes the behavior of the canned responses in the LR client? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Would you please ensure that the "mbstring" extension is enabled in PHP? -------------------------------------------------------------------

What happens if you change ALL the spots where it says ISO-8859-1 in that file to UTF-8? Does the canned stuff get synchronized properly? Sorry for the guess-and-test, but my PHP developers are very busy with other things so you're stuck with me for now :P -------------------------------------------------------------------

PS. I'm not suggesting to leave it that way, just to try and see if that has an effect. -------------------------------------------------------------------
