Angry thats killing me, the chat disconnecting every time - 29-06-2008, 01:27 PM

I just got this program 3 days ago, and just in 3 days the problems started !!

the main reason to spend $300 is to buy a good support program, but what if its not like they told you, and what if the company support team based there client support in trying many things with the client and MAYBE on of them works, or he will get bored and stop asking for help !

I'm sorry to say that, but this is the picture i got in 3 day only.
and i have an Urgent ticket since 2 days its still opened and there in no answer or even a live support to help, but when I read in this forum someone said that his ticket have a 2 weeks, I felt that’s OK.

i tried many times to find a solution for my problem, and its the same case here :
Live chat constantly disconnecting

the same story, and i don't know why you didn't find a solution for it since this time ?

plz correct this picture, cuz i'm very disappointed from you.

Hi Mhafith,

Firstly, about your problem:
  1. Do you receive an error message?
  2. Are you being logged out of the LiveResponse Desktop Application, or are your chats just dropping?

Our sales and support offices are closed during the weekend. If you logged one late on Friday, it is likely you'll only receive a response very early on Monday (or late Sunday, depending on your timezone). Support tickets do not take two weeks to be responded to; if they do, it happens very rarely and something has gone wrong.

Kayako does not provide support on weekends. You will have to wait till Monday for a resolution.

hi Edwards,

1- the message is :
The client's chat window is not responding. If you continue to receive this message, the client may have ended the chat session, or the session may have timed out.

2- no i dont logged out, the chat just drops, sometimes after miutes the visetor telling me that he didnt get my reply, or he is still waiting for it, but when i chat with any one of the support team its ok, and i never get this message.

there is also an error shows many times on my desktop many times attached.

Hi there,

In that error message I can see the beginnings of a MySQL error, generated by your server. It looks like your database is refusing connections, so the inpersistent session you have between your end-users is being stopped.

When you get this error, click on Tools -> Event Log, look for the whole error message and paste it here.

I meant after the error has occurred (the one that caused the bubble on your desktop) and logged you out.

it works fine now so there is no bubbls right now, but the main problem is the chat drop, cuz its happen even if i'm online

Hi Mhafith,

Well, it certainly looks like the problem is down to your server. If I am to take guesses, I'd say that your maximum number of MySQL connections limit is exceeding; try increasing this in your MySQL config, or posting here what it is currently set to.
