| New Member Posts: 6 Join Date: Jun 2008 | I just got this program 3 days ago, and just in 3 days the problems started !! the main reason to spend $300 is to buy a good support program, but what if its not like they told you, and what if the company support team based there client support in trying many things with the client and MAYBE on of them works, or he will get bored and stop asking for help ! I'm sorry to say that, but this is the picture i got in 3 day only. and i have an Urgent ticket since 2 days its still opened and there in no answer or even a live support to help, but when I read in this forum someone said that his ticket have a 2 weeks, I felt that’s OK. i tried many times to find a solution for my problem, and its the same case here : Live chat constantly disconnecting the same story, and i don't know why you didn't find a solution for it since this time ? plz correct this picture, cuz i'm very disappointed from you. |

Kayako does not provide support on weekends. You will have to wait till Monday for a resolution. Hi there, In that error message I can see the beginnings of a MySQL error, generated by your server. It looks like your database is refusing connections, so the inpersistent session you have between your end-users is being stopped. When you get this error, click on Tools -> Event Log, look for the whole error message and paste it here. ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Mhafith, Well, it certainly looks like the problem is down to your server. If I am to take guesses, I'd say that your maximum number of MySQL connections limit is exceeding; try increasing this in your MySQL config, or posting here what it is currently set to. -------------------------------------------------------------------
