Ticket Alert and Function of Label Field - 10-01-2007, 03:15 PM

Is there a way to generate an automated report from the system, for example by the end of week mentioning the open issues not sorted out.

Also, there is the label field in the trouble ticket of Staff CP, what is the function of this field.
