Trial Liveresponse no go

I am trying to get my trial version of liveresponse to work.

Is this trial the hosted trial on kayako servers or are you hosting on your own server?

either way the url you would put into liveresponse winapp is not http://www.rivalhosting.com/index.html

Hi there,

Please put the URL to your SupportSuite installation, not to the index.html or index.php folder. If you have installed SupportSuite at www.mywebsite000.com/support/, then this will be the URL you enter into the desktop application.
