| New Member Posts: 5 Join Date: Jul 2006 | Hi, I recently signed up for the 7 day trial to test out the system, however I seem to have encountered an error while trying to test the LiveResponse WinApp. Now I've read the FAQ about which address to put into the WinApp however this doesn't seem to work. I have tried numerous other combinations and I still can't get it too connect. The error I keep receiving is: Quote:
My trial is http://michaelhob4787ox.kayakotrial.com/, I've entered this address, as well as different endings. i.e. LiveResponse, staff, admin. But no Luck. Any help would be appreciated, and if you need any more information, I'll do my best to provide it. Cheers. | |

The WinApp uses HTTP port 80 and SSL port 443. Your problem was most likely a DNS one. -------------------------------------------------------------------

gbox, The trial allows you to experience and test all of the features of the software in your own installation on Kayako servers. Please let me know if there is anything else. -------------------------------------------------------------------
