unexpected error - 21-06-2007, 07:46 AM

I install winapp at my pc - using window xp, and my server is linux..
Dont know what makes this error comes out..
is there any thing that i might left behind when i install this live response? and how to fix it?

This isn't a Client Application (WinApp) problem. The error you are receiving is an HTTP 404 error, which means the URL is incorrect.

Please double-check the URL you have entered in the settings for this account and ensure that it is the same URL to your helpdesk.
