URL to connect to my server during trial - 20-01-2007, 04:46 PM

Hi there, Hope all is well.

What URL do I put in the WinApp to connect to my server when I am running the trial?

So far I've used the subdomain provided by Kayako, but unfortunately I've not been able to connect with this domain.



Here is the error I get

The URL should be your Support Center URL -- http://domain.kayakotrial.com/ (dont forget the trailing slash).

But thats the url I tried, where the domain is the subdomain they provided.

Hey,

Make sure you entered the URL correctly. The error you are getting is a 404, so it could be not installed or you entered the URL wrong.

The URL should be
http://zaheerhira1784ie.kayakotrial.com/

Make sure you trial yet works, the link -- http://zaheerhira1748ie.kayakotrial.com/ gives me a Page Not Found error. All trials are deleted in 7 days.

Hi there Support Skins,

I don't think the trial would have been deleted yet, as I only signed up to it yesterday. How do I check if the trial works ? Is it simply a case of waiting for the support team at Kayako to come back on monday and asking them if its been set up properly.

Also is there another way to interact with the site visitor, such as online facility, rather than using the windows app
