Visitor count not refreshing

Hi,

In the Live Response, when someone visits our support site, it tells us that there is a visitor and long after they are gone, the system tray icon for Live Response, if you go over it with your mouse, it is still saying that there is one visitor, when in fact there are none.
It is not refreshing that info on the system tray icon, in the application itself, it does say no visitors.

Also, what version of the PHP Core are you running (shown on /staff/ and /admin/ login pages)?

That is the version that we are running.

As for the PHP Corse version, it is:

When I said PHP Core, I ment the PHP Core of Kayako shown on the Staff and Admin login pages for Kayako.
