Visitors unable to chat - always waiting - 25-05-2007, 01:33 PM

Hello,

I have since discovered that all our visitors are unable to start Live Response chat's with us.

I personally am running Windows Vista, with LR Version: 3.1.1.26 without Firewall running. We are not running a proxy in house, the internal network has full traffic outbound.

I am connecting to our own copy of Support Suite. 3.10.12.

I can see the request come in, and can accept, however to the visitor it just states 'please wait an operator will be with you shortly' and thats it.

Any ideas?

You will need to rebuild your templates - i had this issue last week and had to rebuild/revert etc etc all my templates and everything was A-Ok again... just rememebr any changes you have made to the templates will need to be redone.... which is a HUGE pain... but hey thats that..

Also you can always submit a support ticket for this if you have support on your plan - thats what I had to do to get this resolved initially - but this was also post software upgrade... Iwish after you pay for a software upgrade that tech support would verify full functionality before saying it was complete...

I've reloaded all templates with a red dot in front of it. Now I've got only standard grey dots and orange (templates are edited) dots.

I'm still having the problem. Is there a specific template, causing this problem?
