What's the Tickets' labels for? - 30-08-2006, 04:55 AM

I tried a whole day but really didnt know what these labels for. Who can tell me?

Ticket labels feature of the helpdesk allows you to fetch a group of tickets having the same label, irrespective of their status or department.

thx~ but how to set the labels up? I created some labels, but how to push the in effect?

Assign tickets to the created label, once assigned click on the Label > Your Label option in the Staff CP. You will see the software will group them all together allowing you to view these ticket in one view irrelevant to their status or department.

Delete the labels? - 31-08-2006, 04:58 PM

Hey, how do I delete a label? I made a test label, and now I cant figure out how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

click in the label, in the left bar, then you will see Label - Delete label
