Ticket labels feature of the helpdesk allows you to fetch a group of tickets having the same label, irrespective of their status or department. Assign tickets to the created label, once assigned click on the Label > Your Label option in the Staff CP. You will see the software will group them all together allowing you to view these ticket in one view irrelevant to their status or department.
