When are canned responses refreshed/downloaded?

We leave LR running and we are continuing to evolve the canned responses. When are they refreshed/downloaded? If it's only when we stop/start LR, that's a problem, as I stated, we leave it running.

Hi Neal,

They are refreshed only when you login to the LiveResponse application.

Is this when the application is LAUNCHED? Or while the application remains running and you change the status to ONLINE?

As you can see if the application remains running, minimized, and we just change statuses all the time we are never getting refreshed with the new/updated canned replies.

Hi Neal,

Whenever you login to a desk, it downloads the canned responses. Implicitly, this means then when you go from Offline to Online, it should redownload them.
