Exclamation Winapp crashes - 02-10-2006, 03:14 AM

After upgrading the Supportsuite to 3.04.00 stable and upgrading to the latest version of Winapp as soon as I click on Tickets button the application exits.

Hi,

What OS are you running on the system the WinApp is installed on?

This is very odd. Does it also happen with the other toolbar buttons, or only with the Tickets button?

Only the tickets button. I can access the tickets by clicking something else, like the Knowledgebase button, then clicking the tickets link in the main screen, but as soon as I click the Tickets Menu Bar button, it crashes.

Hi,

I've just tried to duplicate this on my 3.04 stable install on XP Home SP2 but all worked ok.
