WinApp logs out constantly - 05-10-2006, 10:59 PM

Latest stable WinApp is logging out automatically every 5-10 minutes on its own, there is nothing in the events logs.

I think this is related to a small bug that creeped in to the initial 3.04.xx stable release; we're going to be publishing another stable within the next few hours, so just keep your eye out.

Look at this thread for the latest build (3.0.4.9) which will hopefully solve your problem:

And there's nothing in the event log when this occurs, right?

That is correct for me anyway.

I tried on two different computers with same result. Just logs out with nothing in the logs.

And apparently a couple of Liveresponse (3.0.4.9) clients are crashing twice a day as well. I am unable to access their accounts anytime soon to look for messages.
