The log view does not work within LiveResponse for me but if I go to the text file in the install folder here is the error I am getting:

When reading from here I get the space between letters but this is what I have.

Code:
T u e O c t 1 7 1 2 : 3 1 : 0 8 2 0 0 6 : C A c t i o n T h r e a d : : _ D o G e t U R L ( ) : W h e n p o s t i n g d a t a [ _ m = l i v e s u p p o r t & _ a = f e t c h v i s i t o r s & s e s s i o n i d = b 8 f 8 d c 5 4 e c b f 1 2 4 3 5 f a 3 b 7 e 5 2 3 3 a 0 f e 7 & s t a t u s = 1 & r a n d n o = 6 0 0 7 4 2 5 7 2 3 4 8 2 ] t o U R L [ h t t p s : / / mydomain/ s u p p o r t / w i n a p p / i n d e x . p h p ? _ r a n d o m n u m b e r = 6 0 0 7 4 2 5 7 2 3 4 8 2 ] , e r r o r [ R e c e i v e d u n e x p e c t e d r e s p o n s e f r o m s e r v e r ( i n v a l i d h e a d e r ) !

Edited: Here is a cleaner one:

n2972s: that may just be the key to what's happening here.

I've posted another experimental hotfix that may prove useful in figuring out what's happening. Can you test it for me and see if you get the same problem?

EDIT: http://forums.kayako.com/showthread....831&page=3#top

Thanks for your help in diagnosing this problem. We appreciate the effort.

Quote:
17/10/2006 20:54:04 An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server (online 05:30):

Received unexpected response from server (invalid header)!

Data: (<empty>)

Error: <No extended error information available>

Thanks for confirming our suspicions. That's exactly the problem we were expecting. It looks like this could either be a problem with the SupportSuite/SWIFT PHP software, or an issue with the web server itself returning empty responses. We'll be investigating this further; you can expect a response soon.

on a refresh of 20 seconds, the latest build ran smoothly today. The logs just have these attempts which don't seem to be a problem.

If you receive this error, it means you have misconfigured the URL in the options.
