n2972s: that may just be the key to what's happening here. I've posted another experimental hotfix that may prove useful in figuring out what's happening. Thanks for confirming our suspicions. That's exactly the problem we were expecting. It looks like this could either be a problem with the SupportSuite/SWIFT PHP software, or an issue with the web server itself returning empty responses. We'll be investigating this further; you can expect a response soon. -------------------------------------------------------------------

on a refresh of 20 seconds, the latest build ran smoothly today.
