We upgraded from esuppor to supportsuite, but we have some problems.
I downloaded the supportsuite.3.00.90.stable.zendclosed.tar.gz removed the old install, uploaded the new files, ran the upgrade script. Everyting seems to work just like the old esupport, but the main reason for the upgrade (the winapp) doesn't work. I've tried several of the versions listed here:
http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/ but they all produce the same error.

Doesn't winapp work with supportsuite? Is there anything more we need to buy before we can use winapp? Is there any problems upgrading from esupport to supportsuite?
I've tried the kayako support, but was only told to use another version of winapp, and I've tried most of the versions on the website.
