Hello,

On one of my other helpdesk installations, i have found a bug with live response.

when clicking tickets/kb/chat history i get

The resource cannot be displayed
The resource you are looking for cannot be opened by your browser.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please try the following:

Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.

HTTP Error 406 - Not acceptable
Internet Explorer

this was on 3.00.90 so upgraded it to new stable version, and same issue.

the subdomain support i renamed to support.old, created a new folder called support, reuploaded all files, and same issue, so its nothing to do with the php files.

I need some urgent responses on this

it works in liveresponse 3.0.81.531 just not the newer ones.

That's pretty strange. What version of IE do you have installed?

one comp is 6, the other is 7. but on my laptop i manage multiple helpdesks and others are fine, its just this one :s
