For you, what is liveresponse ?

Hi there,

I'm trying to find out what are the CORE function of Livereponse, and then what are the required or the optionnal ones . The purpose of this is to create a WEB liveresponse (and starting with a quickly working version and then maybe improving it step by step). This is going to be a free module (my interest is just to discover the extJS technology) community contributed/supported.

I do not really use LR so i need your help with describing what you use/think and group the functions/activity with the folllowing score system:
0 (core/critical)
1 (required)
2 (helpfull)
3 (optional)
4 (useless)


Exemple:
0 --
Start Chat
Stop Chat
1 --
predefine reply
2 --
transfer
quickKB
3 --
Invite client to chat
4 --
Sheep

I have a developer working on a FireFox (so multi-platform) addon that will replicate WinApp and InstAlert functionality already but a web based version would be another nice addition.
