On our staff machines, we have loaded both the instalert and the winapp so they can do live chat and use the staff cp without going through the website directly. Could there be an option that if we click on a new ticket in instaalert that it would send them to the staffcp part of winapp to that ticket instead of opening an internet explorer page and asking for them to login to see it? Would be pointless to use one and not the other. |
