the latest version of live response appears to be fine.

My InstaAlert was working this morning, but after upgrading my eSupport to the latest stable version I have started getting these errors in my InstaAlert:

Failed to get ticket data from server. Reason: 'Failed to communicate with server!'

Error: ð$Ü

I uninstalled my InstaAlert and downloaded the latest one from the Kayako site, it works great now!

If you're experiencing network problems with InstaAlert, please download the latest build from http://forums.kayako.com/showpost.ph...1&postcount=13

This build will not go into the offline state when the refresh operation fails. Instead, it will retry up to 20 times before going offline.
