It seems when I install instant alert I have problem with cpu usage
Am I worng?

I have been using InstaAlert as long as I can think and never had any such issues. Did you InstaAlert crash by any chance?

What operating system are you using? Have you tried using the latest version (http://hotfix.kayako.com/download/ia....25-STABLE.exe) ?

thanks I am using windows xp, server is linux but about the alert
how do I know if I am using the right one I just downloaded and installed a few days ago when I purchased my own license

Downloading the one above will give you the latest stable build of the application to confirm it hasn't been fixed in a version released after you downloaded.
