I've created a test application to see exactly what goes wrong when the default browser is being opened. Please download http://ryan.kayako.org/temp/SpawnURLRegTest.exe to the InstaAlert directory and run it. Then tell me what the output is. Sorry for the late reply. I have been on vacation I still get the same error message with the latest ANSI/MBCS build that I downloaded from: http://hotfix.kayako.com/instaalert/...t-25-07-06.exe |
