I could have sworn this was fixed, but I need to know what exactly is going wrong on your system before I can diagnose it.

Apologies. It seems like the same bug that you experienced before was fixed then re-appeared in the application due to a source control repository issue.

Please find the fixed build at : http://hotfix.kayako.com/instaalert/...DE-3.0.4.5.exe
