InstaAlert login failure

Hi
I repeatedly get failure when trying to start the Insta Alert package.
Have downloaded, but when trying to get started I always get the message :
"Failed to get ticket data from server. Reason : authentication has failed".
I suspect I might not be entering the correct URL and user info.
What username & password should I be using ?

You should be using the user name and password for any staff member in the system.

I also suffered this problem. The difference is if I use ID in english, everything looks just fine, if the ID is in Chinese, then see the error message 'Authentication has failed'.
