I am recieving this error message every time I try and log into instaAlert. I have raised it with support but as yet no solution. Anyone else had the same problem. 11/09/2006 09:17:54 Failed to get ticket data from server. Reason: 'Received unexpected response from server (invalid header)! Which version of SupportSuite as you using. Call-time pass-by-reference in your server php.ini is set to off. Changing it to On will fix the issue. We are using Kayako eSupport v3.00.90. I tried what you suggested and now I am receieving this error. 19/09/2006 13:35:44 Failed to get ticket data from server. Reason: 'Failed to communicate with server!' Error: HttpSendRequest() : The operation timed out Any more ideas |
