I have read through your comments on how to connect insta alert. However I am still having problems as I see many others are here too. I have entered the correct swift url where my esupport installation is and I am attempting to use any of my staff logins as well as my own admin information and nothing seems to let me get connected. I have Insta Alert version 3.00.90 I have swift.php in the root of the support website. The website being http://support.companyname.nl/ I can login, or at least it doesn't show any errors, but when I right click on Manage Tickets I go to the staff login screen. Isn't InstaAlert supposed to get me straight into the system without have to (re)logon ? Frustrating! |
