Hi dapxin, I'll ask Ryan (InstaAlert developer) to get back to you. -------------------------------------------------------------------

There isn't an MSI package as far as I am aware. NullSoft's installer does the installing. You can possibly extract this to build your own package however. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Unfortunately, we don't have an MSI package for InstaAlert. The stand-alone NSIS installer will have to be run on each workstation. Alternatively, you could install it on one and then copy the directory itself to the other workstations and export the HKCU\Software\Kayako\InstaAlert hive to the other workstations' registries. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I do agree though, MSI packages would be handy for those running these sort of networks. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger | |

Do you require a MSI package to roll out across your network? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Novell / Microsoft / Citrix systems for rolling these packages across networks are very simple if MSI packages are available as they basically just add the MSI file and the rest does itself. If MSIs are not available, manual packaging has to be done. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

No, I was asking about you specifically - if you don't have an actual use for the feature, simply echoing the request of others distorts things; especially when we try our best to gauge popularity of a particular request from an already limited set of sources. -------------------------------------------------------------------
