Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
Cheers!

Try this one too; no need to do the debug logging for this one. http://hotfix.kayako.com/instaalert/...E-3.1.1.15.exe

I tested out .16 and so far it has been working good. I'll let you know if the problem comes back.

Just checked mine (via remote desktop) and so far so good! It's been running since late last night. Looks like you may be on to it!

Ryan, looks like you nailed it this time! Running since Friday and still restores properly! Thank you!

Weird (and tough!) little bug huh?

Yea, reminds me of the stealing focus issue inside the WinApp a few months ago...

Glad to hear it guys. I'll be posting another IA build later today that contains some fixed bugs that were the result of all the changes I made recently.

This build should be the final one (stable candidate for this revision) http://hotfix.kayako.com/instaalert/...E-3.1.1.16.exe

I have not had the problem re-occur with either of the last 2 builds (and the latest build got rid of some issues I was seeing with refresh failure messages)

Nice work Ryan!
