Hello, I have an open ticket already for this with K., but just curious if anyone else is seeing problems with InstaAlert not re-painting properly after restore from minimize? Screenshot attached. Doesn't happen every time InstaAlert is restored, but will almost always happen eventually (ie. after 1 or 2 hours of InstaAlert beng open) Regards, Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |

Hi Ryan, Just to update you. Work recently replaced my workstation with a brand new (& much more powerful) workstation, with a right out of the box fresh install of XP. One of the very first things I tested was instaalert... and it does exactly the same thing as before I'm afraid. (haven't had a chance to update the ticket) Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |

Thanks Ryan, 20 minutes running so far and restore is working. In the past it's been between 10 & 30 minutes before I've seen it restore with the half painted screen. So far so good! More updates later.
