I would also like to verify that it just happened to me. I can also confirm that if you simply minimze and maximize again it does go away.

Maybe no difference but both of you guys are not using standard Windows XP skins. One of you is using the grey one and you are using classic. Could this possibly have something to do with it?

I was meaning your XP skin rather than the InstaAlert one.

To me it appears as though we are both using the grey one. Hmmm...both pics seem very similar.

Long shot but just something I noticed was common between the screenshots.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
Cheers!

Question: in those screenshots, is the ticket list complete and just not taking up the entire window, or is it being cut off by that grey rectangle?

In the case of mine, it's complete.
I'll watch for that in future though, in case it varies. If memory serves (and that's very questionable as of late ) it has always been complete.

Not sure if this will help, but when I just restored (haven't loaded your latest build yet), the InstaAlert window came up with the problem & I used processexplorer to view the stack for InstaAlert, here's what it returned:

ntkrnlpa.exe+0x6dd2b
ntkrnlpa.exe!MmIsDriverVerifying+0xa08
ntkrnlpa.exe!MmIsDriverVerifying+0x12ea
win32k.sys+0x2f70
win32k.sys+0x1b50
win32k.sys!EngQueryPerformanceCounter+0x5af
ntkrnlpa.exe!KeSynchronizeExecution+0x10c
ntdll.dll!KiFastSystemCallRet
MFC80U.DLL!Ordinal1101+0x18

Maybe it's useless, but just in case...

Will try your new build shortly.
