I am currently looking into having an application built to replicate the functionality of InstaAlert for Mac OS X, in a similar way to the Google GMail notifier that sits in the top bar. Since I am not a Mac developer, there will be a cost associated with the development so the app would not be free. Would you be interested in such a product? |

This is greatly needed. I just switched over to a Mac and no Kayako apps work  |
