I have downloaded supportsuite only yesterday, so have the latest version I presume. I installed InstaAlert, but when I launch it nothing happens, the program does not run. If I watch Task Manager I can se ethat InstaAlert appears therebriefly then vanishes. -- Russ |

latest version can be found here: http://hotfix.kayako.com (Edit: woops, craig got faster) I'm having the same problem with the liveresponse winapp on one of my computer. I don't really know where it comes from (works perfectly on 2 other pc), i think that it might comes from a problem with the visual c++ 2005 redists being in conflict with visual studio (do you have something similar?). You should use process monitor too look over the instaalert process and see where he stops. That might help you. -- Lurking around there -- |

Also, it would be helpful if you could go to your Administration Tools -> Event viewer, and copy/paste any relevant errors from that program here.
