Hello, InstaAlert comes free with SupportSuite / eSupport. If you want, you can choose to extend the functionality of the product by purchasing an InstaAlert Pro Licence. @bear, The installation is locked to the hardware for which you generate the Serial Number for, but it can be arranged to "move" the software to a different computer through our support desk. -------------------------------------------------------------------

@kushaaal, InstaAlert is only bound to the hardware for which the serial number is generated. It doesn't matter which servers you choose to connect to with it. Regards -------------------------------------------------------------------
