I downloaded and installed instAlert and it's asking me for a serial number, where do I get this number from? Since we are on the hosted solution I am not sure if InstAlert actually will work for us. Gary |

Firstly, InstaAlert works fine on the hosted platform. Secondly, just cancel that prompt. There are two versions of InstaAlert. A free one and a paid one ("InstaAlert Pro"). The only difference between the versions is Pro shows you the ticket trees and how many tickets are in each one. If you want pro, go to http://members.kayako.net, click Purchase and buy a licence. After the purchase is complete, enter the hardware id into the field inside the members area and it will spit out a serial. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
