I have run the InstaAlertSetup.exe and now I'm in the InstaAlert Setup Wizard. In the Authentication Settings section it is asking me for: 1. InstaAlert URL : We're on a 'hosted' Kayako, so do I enter: http://mycompany.helpserve.com or what? 2. Username : What is this? The username for the StaffCP?? Or the Admin CP?? Or for the Members Area?? Or what? [I'm feeling dumb!] 3. Password : ...as in part (2). Any help would be much appreciated. |

Hi Timetabler; 1) - correct. 2+3) - your staff user account details. To add to that, if any other staff user of yours is to log into InstaAlert, they use their own account details; that way their permissions inherit and they are only alerted to tickets to the departments they are assigned to. -------------------------------------------------------------------
