Instant Alert issue

HI All
I’m using instant alert and I have a question for you guys;
I receive an alert every time a new ticket is created, if I click in the alert, it takes me to the Staff CP but I have to insert my credentials every time this happens.
Even using the “remember me” check box doesn’t log me automatically, am I missing something or this kind of feature is not implemented?

Hi Pedro,

This is working as designed - there isn't really a secure way to auto-login (passing your username and password via the URL).
