| Keeps Alerting Same Tickets -

I sure like that its persistant...but I use the latest hotfix InstaAlert Pro.
It reminds me on schedule of new tickets...but it is the same three I am not looking at because another guy is supposed to.
So the difference is, which is unlike earlier versions of suite and instaalert, that it would alert me once to something. It seems to keep realerting anything that is unread (or new) nonstop.
Can this behavior be changed?
