md5 sum - 17-04-2007, 01:53 AM

I've moved my eSupport Suite software over to a new server and consequently my InstaAlert clients are producing md5 errors. I've cleared the cache on the server as well as attempted to reinstall the clients. Is there something else I should be doing? Thanks.

No, the domain did not but the IP did.

well if the domain didn't change then I don't see why it wouldn't work... maybe try clearing your web browser cache and temporary internet files?

The problem was actually the hostname. Though the dns resolved my old hostname correctly, the server's hostname was set to something different causing the errors. I created a virtual nic and things are working again. Thanks for all your help!
