More alerts and alert descriptions - 11-01-2006, 01:21 AM

Hi,

Just a request, it would be good when you get the alert, to see the alert reason, ie, new ticket, ticket reply etc. It would also be good to have instalert to have different alerts, much the same as the staff alerts in the staff CP. I'm really looking for the ticket assigned, ticket closed, and ticket priority changed alerts, as well as the new ticket, and staff, user reply alerts, which i'm sure are already there.
