I have purchased Instant Alert Pro, however I just cant get it to connect! SupportSuite works fine without problems - but for the life of me I cant get the Instant Alert Pro to connect! When I fillin the login details, I then restart it - click login - then I get the message couldnt connect to server. It is instant message - doesnt even seem as if its trying! I have disabled my firewalls and anti-virus and everything to try and get this to work! Does anyone have any ideas? |
