Could you enable an option to also show the client's name, and/or email address in the pop-up alerts? I'd like to know who just submitted a ticket. An option to show the user's name, and an option to also show the user's email, or both, in addition to the ticket subject, would be great! (am awaiting approval of my bugs.kayako.net account so I can also submit this as a feature request) |

Hi, thanks for the reply. Do you use InstaAlert? You know, the pop-alerts that are along the right edge of your PC when new tickets come in? The "New Alert" boxes in the attached screenshot. (just ignore the red line/arrow, that is in reference to another feature change request) |

okay thought you were talking about IA just wanted to make sure didn't know if it was that or the alert that you have someone wanting to chat on LiveResponse.. I would say make a feature request and hound varun for it  |
