InstaAlert inside the SupportSuite package is the Free version. You can buy the Pro version from the Kayako Members Area or from any reseller. Once purchased, Kayako Members Area will allow you to register your Pro version. The "Free" version and the "Pro" version are actually the same software. The only difference is that you've entered your licensing information to unlock the Pro features. -------------------------------------------------------------------

The only tickets you can see in the free version is when you are alerted to a new ticket and you click on that alert which will then open up the ticket in a browser window. In the "pro" version, you can see your department tree, ticket counts and can access the departments directly from within InstaAlert. -------------------------------------------------------------------
