Replies in InstaAlert?

For some reason, I am not always getting alerts in InstaAlert with the new UNSTABLE build as of Feb 11th. Sometimes they come, other times they do not. Has anyone else had this issue?

Version: 3.10.00
Build Type: CVS
Build Date: 11 Feb 2007 01:14:03 AM


My InstaAlert is also the latest build that was included with the package.

Please make sure that you have assigned all the departments to yourself which you are looking the alerts for.

Thank you for your reply. However, this problem did not exist before I upgraded and also, the departments are marked correctly for my staff and I. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I submit a ticket?
