I guess it seems like no one posts in this forum really, but I want to get some suggestions out for those of us who use eSupport and cannot use the winapp. Maybe it would be nice to advance Instaalert a bit to work a little easier for customers. For example:
- I have an Instaalert license and its nice to have the branch, but for $20, I thought there would have been a bit more to this program. Even something as simple as when you click on the specific department from the tree branch, it takes you right to that department WITHOUT asking you to login everytime.
- This is probably impossible and wishfull thinking on my part, but it would be so nice to be able to respond to tickets from Instaalert, hehe. Yea yea, I know I am crazy but c'mon, it would be nice! Or at least some application for eSupport that would allow this.
- Could the alerts have like a notification time repeat on them? Like, say you can set it to display ticket alerts when you have not responded to them in a while. Something like "There are 3 unresponded tickets in eSupport." You can set in the options tab when to re-notify you on a certain time interval of lets say 20 minutes (or whatever you set it as).
- When ticket alerts are shown, can they also show the time instaalert first notified you based on your computer time, not server time. Say you know a ticket alert would look something like "cPanel issues (7:31 am)".
That is all I could come up with for now. I don't expect a response immediately but if Varun or someone could tell me what they think or if this is doable, that would be GREAT.
You guys have an awesome product, but I just wish eSupport had a winapp like LiveResponse, but on a smaller scale
