This one is a long shot (I would bet that this feature will rejected :-) )

I have found the name "InstaAlert" to be somehow confusing, or more precisely, it did not evocate for me anything related to its purpose and the way it works with with eSupport. I have actually spend 30min or so just to figure out its purpose in the Kayako ecosystem.

IMO, a longer name like "eSupport System Tray add-on" would be 10x more meaningful to the average user like me. Many development applications (ex: CruiseControl System Tray) are already named that way and those applications achieve the exact same purpose.

Name seems fine to me... no need to change.
