Tickets in brackets not showing

Is this a bug or is it not a feature of the software for Pro Users...?

InstaAlert shows the tree of departments and then lists the categories Open, On Hold, Closed.

Next to the Open item is the number of tickets in that section e.g (3) however it doesnt show this for the On Hold or Closed items - it would be nice to see this?
