Hi oliverm, Unfortunately, SyncWorks is only for tasks, appointments and contacts. It will not directly allow you to sync e-mails into a ticket. However, if you set up an email queue and some basic rules, you could easily forward said emails to your help desk, where they would automatically be created as tickets.
