Can't install

I get the following error when trying to install SyncWorks. I am installing on XP, Outlook 2003, IE6. LiveResponse and Instaalert install fine...

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Redemption.dll

Abort Retry Ignore

I am running as an administrator.

Please try Ignoring that write error and let me know what happens.

I think the install error was caused by either Outlook being open when trying to install, or by Copernic desktop search being open... when I closed both of those applications I was able to install successfully.
