The problems in this case are: 1) noone of the 1400+ contact from my outlook have been published on the server, nor in that given user, neither in the others; 2) noone of the 400+ events from my outlook have been published; 3) 1 contact found on the server (right) and sync with outlook correctly; 4) It hadn't found 10 appointments that i put on the server (under my teamworks calendar). Result: nothing work except that if I have contacts on my teamworks panel, they are syncronized and put in my outlook... SyncWorks is licensed on a per-machine basis; not a per-user, so it wouldn't matter which staff account was used.
