Compatible with Outlook 2007? - 18-02-2007, 07:54 PM

I am considering upgrading to Outlook 2007. Is SyncWorks compatible with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007?

What fix with Outlook 2003? We are not aware of any issues with the client software

please look at Syncworks appears to sync - but nothing appears in SupportSuite

please update on this has been an age of it not working have not hassled or raisied a support ticket as the post said it was a known bug and being worked on

I take it it , it is not

That bug was already fixed in CVS, and will be available as a patch in the next stable release (we hope to release it today)

am using cvs build and still have problem, call has been logged
and waiting for response

please confirm what date the bug was fixed so i can check i have the right CVS build

That should have been fixed in the 13 Feb 2007 CVS build.

has problems with Outlook 2007 - 27-03-2007, 12:29 AM

Hi

We have 2 licenses for SyncWorks, however for some reason if one user updates their outlook contacts it will then sync next time, so both have the same contacts in outlook/supportsuite.

But then if a user tries to change a contact in outlook 2007 (which has already been added before) then it locks it to private and doesn't send to the other computer.

Any thoughts as we are unable to use this like this ???

Please check your settings and ensure that SyncWorks is not set to make Contacts private.

Hi

We have set to public however all is fine until one of our computer users changes a contact in their outlook then it syncs and then it becomes private, not only does it become private, it also doesn't appear in our contacts in supportsuite.
