I cannot get syncworks to sync all my contacts. It only syncs the main contact folder and non of the subdirectories under the initial contact folder. What am I doing wrong?

Also I noticed that the Calendar sync is syncing items out of place. (IE: appointment labeled in outlook as, Friday the 13th at 12pm ending 1:30pm, shows up in kayako as Saturday the 14th midnight and ending the 13th at 13:30.

Not sure if this is a bug somewhere.

IS there a limit on Mailbox's we can sync also. I have more then one mailbox's, with seperate calanders for them, but wuld like to sync both, any help would be appreciated.

Actually, I am not sure about sub-directories of contacts under the contacts folder. I haven't ever encountered a configuration like that, but I will definitely take a look and if it isn't supported, it will be soon.

As to the wrong date being assigned to an appointment - is it reproducable? (ie. can you make it happen predictably?)

As for the limit of mailboxes: the way Outlook is designed, each Mailbox has to be "active" in order for SyncWorks to access it and synchronize the data. Basically, if you wanted to synchronize both of them, you would have to switch between them and run a sync for each.

Thanks for the reply. We use subdirectories under our contacts to manage them better. IE: by client, ect.

I will try to import more test appointments to see more into it.
